WWE ANNOUNCES EDGE IS OUT OF ACTION DUE TO INJURY

WWE announced that Edge will be out of action as a result of injury. Edge sustained the injury after he was attacked by the Judgement Day on September 12th’s RAW. Edge faced Dominik Mysterio on this past week’s RAW and the match was called because Judgement Day ambushed Edge. Finn Balor, Rhea Ripley, Damian Priest and Dominik Mysterio then attacked Edge with a chair injuring his leg.

On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer pointed out that Edge’s current contract with WWE is only for a limited number of dates. “The thing with Edge though is, because he’s got a limited contract so he’s not around weekly, it felt like this was another injury angle.”
