Cameron Grimes wins the NXT North American Championship title at NXT Stand & Deliver

Cameron Grimes has won the NXT NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIP! In a death defying fatal five-way ladder match, Cameron Grimes came out victorious today at NXT TakeOver Stand & Deliver. NXT Stand & Deliver kicked off the show with Grimes facing Santos Escobar, Carmelo Hayes, Solo Sikoa and Grayson Waller. This is Cameron Grimes’ first reign as North American champion in WWE NXT.

Carmelo Hayes was the defending NXT North American Champion. Hayes won the title last October making his reign last a total of 172 days. During his reign as champion, the title was unified with the NXT Cruiserweight Championship.
