CARMELLA & QUEEN ZELINA NEW WOMEN’S TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS

On tonight’s episode of Monday Night RAW, Carmella and Queen Zelina defeated Nikki A.S.H. and Rhea Ripley for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.

Nikki A.S.H. and Rhea Ripley’s reign as the tag team champions lasted just 63 days. They defeated Natalya and Tamina on September 20 and then defended their titles successfully in a rematch on October 4th, 2021. On tonight’s episode of RAW, Queen Zelina (who earned the title of Queen at Crown Jewel last month) delivered a Code Red to Nikki A.S.H. to earn her team the victory and gold. No word yet on whether there will be a rematch between the two teams.

Tonight’s RAW also saw the 24/7 Championship title change hands twice with Cedric Alexander defeating Reggie in a match for the title. Once the match was over, Dana Brooke appeared and hit Alexander with a top-rope neckbreaker to pin him for the win. This is Brooke’s first WWE Championship thus far.
