WRESTLEMANIA 41 LAS VEGAS PAY-PER-VIEW NIGHT ONE PREDICTIONS

WRESTLEMANIA 41 MATCH CARD
The Vision (Logan Paul and Austin Theory) and IShowSpeed (with Paul Heyman) vs. The Usos (Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso) and LA Knight. Six-man tag team match
Kicking off WrestleMania weekend is a six man tag that feels a little too easy to call. WWE has a long track record of opening with a feel good babyface victory, and this match looks set up to follow that exact formula. There is also the added wrinkle of Danhausen and the ongoing “curse” surrounding Speed. If WWE wants that angle to actually mean something, it needs to be protected, which makes a loss here feel unlikely.
The only real doubt comes from the tension between Jey Uso and LA Knight, who have not exactly been on the same page in recent weeks. If anything costs this team, it would be that internal friction boiling over at the worst possible moment. Still, even with that in mind, the safer bet is clear. The Usos and LA Knight should walk out with the win to give WrestleMania the kind of energetic, crowd pleasing start WWE loves.
OUR PREDICTION: THE USO’S AND LA KNIGHT
Jacob Fatu vs Drew McIntyre. Unsanctioned match
Ever since dropping the WWE Championship last month, Drew McIntyre has felt like he’s been spiraling. The edge is still there, but the momentum has clearly shifted, and this feud, while strong, feels like another chapter in a rough stretch rather than a turning point. That said, expectations for the match itself are sky high. Between these two, it is almost guaranteed to deliver in a big way with hard-hitting action and some wild, highlight reel moments. In the end, though, this looks like Jacob Fatu’s night. He has been building serious momentum, and WrestleMania feels like the perfect stage for him to have a true breakout moment.
OUR PREDICTION: JACOB FATU
The Irresistible Forces (Nia Jax and Lash Legend) (c) vs. Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss vs. Bayley and Lyra Valkyria vs. The Bella Twins (Brie Bella and Nikki Bella). Fatal four-way tag team match for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship
Out of the four teams in this match, it really feels like a two-horse race. The clear standouts are The Irresistible Forces and the duo of Bayley and Lyra Valkyria. The Irresistible Forces have not held the titles for long, and there is a fair argument that they deserve a more established reign before dropping them. At the same time, the story on the other side is hard to ignore. Bayley missing out on last year’s WrestleMania still lingers, and this feels like the perfect redemption moment.
Bayley and Lyra have also been consistently delivering in the ring, putting together standout matches across Raw and SmackDown and building real momentum as a team. With that in mind, the call here is clear. Bayley and Lyra Valkyria should walk out as the new champions.
OUR PREDICTION: BAYLEY & LYRA VALKYRIA
AJ Lee (c) vs. Becky Lynch. Singles match for the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship
For this match it feels there is only one correct outcome and that’s for Becky Lynch to win back the title. Nothing against AJ Lee but this Intercontinental title has always been the workhorse title and AJ Lee is a part timer who won’t be there every week. The only way AJ Lee should win, is if she loses it the next Raw to a debuting NXT star, and even then it’s not great because Lynch would go 0-3 to Lee. Becky Lynch is our choice to win here.
OUR PREDICTION: BECKY LYNCH
Seth Rollins vs. Gunther. Singles match
For the lack of build this match has, it’s actually one that we’re anticipating a lot. These two haven’t clashed one on one since 2019 on television and it’s interesting because we want to know the favour that Heyman owes Gunther for attacking Rollins. Gunther has to win here, Rollins can always take a loss and bounce back, and it makes no sense for Heyman to give Gunther a favour if Gunther loses.
OUR PREDICTION: GUNTHER
Stephanie Vaquer (c) vs. Liv Morgan. Singles match for the Women’s World Championship
This storyline deserved far more attention than it got. While Rhea Ripley and Jade Cargill were given significantly more television time, this feud has delivered a far stronger and more compelling narrative with much less.
Stephanie Vaquer has not had the most impactful title reign, and a win here would help solidify it. Still, the right call is clear. Liv Morgan should walk out with the victory. She has been operating at the top of her game lately, and this feels like the perfect moment for her to finally capture a defining WrestleMania moment.
OUR PREDICTION: LIV MORGAN
Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Randy Orton (with Pat McAfee). Singles match for the Undisputed WWE Championship
This match has had a frustratingly underwhelming build. With nearly two decades of history between these two, you would expect a story rooted in that legacy. Instead the focus has oddly shifted to ticket sales and Pat McAfee. It is a strange direction that has taken away from what should feel like a major, personal rivalry.
At one point, we were all in on Randy Orton winning. But if that means weekly segments dominated by McAfee alongside the champion, it is hard to get behind. The fan backlash has been loud, and for good reason.
OUR PREDICTION: CODY RHODES
