JOHN CENA WINS INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE ON RAW

John Cena made history last night on RAW. On last night’s episode, Cena defeated Dominik Mysterio to win the title and become a Grand Slam Champion. Last night’s championship match was meant to take place during this month’s upcoming “Survivor Series” Premium Live Event.

John Cena’s win last month comes only a month before his retirement match on December 13th which will take place at Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C. To determine who his final opponent will be, Cena is hosting the “Last Time Is Now” tournament. It will take place ahead of the event. The 16-man tournament will feature wrestlers from RAW, SmackDown, NXT and possibly some who aren’t under a WWE contract. The first four tournament participants were announced earlier this month.
