WWE’S BASH IN BERLIN PAY-PER-VIEW EVENT PREDICTIONS
BASH IN BERLIN MATCH CARD
Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Kevin Owens. Singles match for the Undisputed WWE Championship
This should be a fun title defense for Cody, but it’s still far too predictable. We all know that Kevin Owens isn’t going to defeat Cody Rhodes, but hopefully, they make this story more interesting by making Owens a turn heel. I’m assuming we’re going to get another rematch between the two at Bad Blood, maybe even a Triple Threat match for the title with Orton being added into the mix. But as of this show, Cody Rhodes is retaining.
OUR PREDICTION: CODY RHODES
The Unholy Union (Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn) (c) vs. Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill. Tag team match for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship
Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn have actually been great champs, but something about them isn’t fully clicking with audiences outside of Europe. Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill will most likely win the titles back, and they could even plant seeds for the Jade Cargill heel turn that we all know is eventually coming. Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre have faced every other team in the division, so it seems like the right time for them to lose the titles.
OUR PREDICTION: BIANCA BELAIR & JADE CARGILL
The Terror Twins (Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley) vs. The Judgment Day (“Dirty” Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan). Mixed tag team match
Before Rhea Ripley wins her title back from Liv Morgan, we have this match at Bash at Berlin. On Monday Night Raw, The Terror Twins have dominated The Judgment Day to the point that they don’t even seem like a threat anymore. It’s Liv Morgans revenge tour and we need to take it to that next level before Rhea wins her title back. Dom and Liv winning here is the proper choice to keep the rivalry going.
OUR PREDICTON: THE JUDGMENT DAY
CM Punk vs. Drew McIntyre. Strap match
What a stupid stipulation. Obviously the match hasn’t happened yet, and it’ll probably be at least good, but for a rivalry like this, out of all the stipulations why this one? A strap match is essentially a children’s game of tug of war anyway so they could’ve spared us from the stipulation. This will most likely be a trilogy of matches, so Punk needs to go over here to make it 1-1. Hopefully, we get a Hell in a Cell match next.
OUR PREDICTION: CM PUNK
Gunther (c) vs Randy Orton. Singles match for the World Heavyweight Championship
This match will most likely main event the show, and it’s deserving of it. The rivalry has been amazing, and their last match together was awesome. Two of the best in-ring technicians on the planet currently battling it out, it makes for magic in the ring. Unfortunately, tonight will not be the night Randy gets his fifteenth world title. Gunther just won the title, and beating Randy Orton will put him over as a dominant heel champion. Still we’re super excited for this bout.
OUR PREDICTION: GUNTHER
