WWE HAS RELEASED MATT RIDDLE FROM HIS CONTRACT

Matt Riddle is no longer with WWE. The former UFC Fighter turned wrestler announced his departure from WWE tonight on his social media account. He thanked everyone for the memories and opportunities (see below). Riddle’s release from WWE comes only one day after WWE made several releases from the company.

Matt Riddle signed with WWE in 2018. During his time with the company, he won the NXT Tag Team Championship with Pete Dunne, the RAW Tag Team Championship with Randy Orton, and the WWE United States Championship.
