AUSTIN THEORY WINS WWE UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP

Austin Theory defeats Seth Rollins and Bobby Lashley at Survivor Series

In a 3-way match, Bobby Lashley, Seth Rollins and Austin Theory competed at tonight’s Survivor Series WarGames for the United States Championship. As the bell rang, Lashley and Rollins knocked Theory out of the ring and began exchanging blows. Theory eventually joined the match and was unsuccessful in trying to overpower Lashley.

Theory used the steel steps as a weapon and knocking them into Rollins and Lashley multiple times. As the action continued, Theory countered the Hurt Lock into a pin attempt. But Rollins then hit Lashley with a Phoenix splash to break up the attempt. Seth Rollins landed an incredible superplex, but as he was going for the falcon arrow, Lashley connected with a spear. The impact allowed Theory to fall on top of Rollins and secure the pin to become the new United States Champion.
