RHEA RIPLEY & NIKKI A.S.H. WIN WOMEN’S TAG TEAM TITLES

Tonight’s episode of RAW proved to be one of the best this year so far. Lots of great matches and the unlikely pairing of Rhea Ripley and NIKKI A.S.H. who teamed up and won the WWE Women’s Tag Team titles. Ripley and Nikki defeated reigning champions Natalya and Tamina after a fairly quick match. Nikki A.S.H. pinned Natalya via rollup.

Together, this is Nikki A.S.H. and Rhea Ripley’s first reign as the WWE Women’s Tag Team champions.

There’s no word yet on if there will be a rematch with Natalya and Tamina. But, there may be a new women’s tag team rivalry gearing up. Shotzi Blackheart posted on her Twitter tonight the following:

Blackheart and her partner Teagan Nox have defeated Natalya and Tamina several times in non-title matches so this should be interesting.
