THE ROCK IS RETURNING TO WWE?

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is set to return to WWE at this year’s Survivor Series pay-per-view. Several sources have been speculating Johnson’s return for a while and now multiple sources are saying that he will later this year.

Apparently, WWE has plans for The Rock and WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns to battle at WrestleMania 38 in Dallas next year. In order for that to happen, The Rock will have to return in the next few months to begin building for that match.

On the latest edition of the Mat Men podcast, Andrew Zarian reported that The Rock is expected to return at the 2021 Survivor Series pay-per-view event in November. The Rock, like John Cena, is expected to appear on both RAW and SmackDown during the match buildup with Roman Reigns. It’s been said that USA Network officials want Johnson to appear on the post-Survivor Series edition of Monday Night RAW.

There’s lots of speculation if The Rock’s appearance will be strictly an appearance confronting Roman Reigns or if he will have a match at Survivor Series.

Stay tuned for more details.
