WWE Superstar Jimmy Uso was arrested on Monday night after he was pulled over at around 10:35 PM in Pensacola. Cops say he ran a red light after being clocked going 50 MPH in a 35 MPH zone. Jimmy Uso, whose real name is Jonathan Fatu, was released around 9 AM from a Pensacola Florida jail this morning. This is the second time in the last two years that the wrestler has been charged with a DUI.

After police pulled over Uso, they asked him to exit the vehicle where they observed him swaying. He failed several sobriety tests and Uso admitted to drinking multiple beers before driving. His blood alcohol tests resulted in Uso blowing a .205 and .202, more than twice the state legal limit of .08.

In July 2019, Uso was arrested by Pensacola police as he was driving erratically and arrested for DUI for an unlawful blood alcohol level. A Florida jury said he was not guilty without any reason given despite video evidence. Uso had also been arrested in February 2019 for disorderly conduct and obstruction after he and his wife Naomi (Trinity Fatu) were pulled over for driving the wrong way on a one-way street. Again, the arresting officer smelled alcohol in the car. Uso became confrontational with the officer. He later pleaded no contest and resolved the issue in paying a fine.

Jimmy Uso has been a professional wrestler since 2009 and is currently signed with World Wrestling Entertainment where he performs on the SmackDown roster.
