KENDAL GREY

Peyton Prussin is a 24-year-old professional wrestler from Las Vegas, Nevada, currently signed with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). She performs under the ring name Kendal Grey on the NXT brand.

Before earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Life University, Prussin was active in multiple sports. She trained in soccer, gymnastics, and jiu-jitsu during her youth but eventually found her passion in amateur wrestling, which she pursued competitively throughout high school and college.

Prussin made history in her sophomore year by becoming the first female wrestler to qualify for the boys’ 4A state tournament in Nevada. Her wrestling achievements quickly gained national attention. In high school, she earned 10 All-American honors and racked up major accolades in 2018, including runner-up finishes at the Fargo Nationals, Folkstyle Nationals, and Cadet World Team Trials. That same year, she also secured a third-place finish at the prestigious Yoshida Saori Cup in Japan.

Her momentum continued into 2019, when she won the Folkstyle National Championship. She was later named a finalist for the 2018 USA High School Wrestler of the Year and earned a spot on the 2018 USA National Team, further solidifying her place as one of the top young talents in the sport.

Kendal Grey Signs with WWE

On January 26, 2023, Kendal Prussin officially signed with WWE through the company’s NIL (Next In Line) program. She made her in-ring debut under the ring name, Kendal Grey. Her debut was on March 29, 2024, on the episode of NXT Level Up. At her debut, she teamed with Carlee Bright in a losing effort against Jakara Jackson and Lash Legend.

Grey picked up her first singles victory on the June 14 episode of NXT Level Up by defeating Izzi Dame. Just days later, she appeared on NXT again, accompanying Carlee Bright to the ring during her match against Fallon Henley.

On the July 23 episode of NXT, Myles Borne of the No Quarter Catch Crew attempted to interfere in Bright’s match against Wren Sinclair. Grey stepped in and delivered a suplex to Borne at ringside. This confrontation continued at NXT: The Great American Bash – Week One. Grey made her televised in-ring debut against Jaida Parker. Although she delivered a strong performance, Grey lost the match after another ringside distraction by Borne.

Grey maintained her momentum on the August 20 episode of NXT by competing in a six-woman gauntlet match to determine the number one contender for Roxanne Perez’s NXT Women’s Championship at No Mercy. She eliminated Brinley Reece but was eventually ousted by Jaida Parker, who went on to win the match.

Grey returned to action on March 5, 2025, on Evolve, where she reunited with Carlee Bright to defeat Kali Armstrong and Dani Palmer. This bout marked the first official match following Evolve’s revival under the WWE banner. On the May 28 episode, Grey competed in a fatal four-way elimination match to crown the inaugural Evolve Women’s Champion. She was the second competitor eliminated from the contest.
