HANK WALKER

Joseph Sculthorpe is a 26-year-old professional wrestler from Hampstead, North Carolina. He is currently signed with WWE, where he performs on the NXT brand. His ring name is Hank Walker and he is one half of the NXT Tag Team Championship alongside his partner, Tank.

Before stepping into the squared circle, Sculthorpe had a strong background in athletics. He played college football at NC State and later joined the NFL’s Atlanta Falcons as a reserve guard in 2021. His athleticism and physicality laid the foundation for his eventual wrestling career.

Hank Walker’s WWE Debut

Walker made his official WWE in-ring debut on June 11, 2022, initially appearing on NXT as part of a security team. His gritty, no-nonsense persona quickly gained attention, and he was soon featured in a storyline rivalry with Javier Bernal, marking his breakout as an in-ring competitor.

Tag Team Success: Hank & Tank

In March 2023, Hank Walker teamed up with Tank Ledger to form the powerhouse tag team known as Hank & Tank. The duo became fan favorites in NXT due to their energetic chemistry and brawler-style matches.

Other Championship Highlights

Outside of WWE, Hank & Tank also captured gold in the independent scene. On December 14, 2024, they won the Reality of Wrestling (ROW) Tag Team Championship, holding the titles for 84 days before losing them on March 8, 2025.

Their momentum peaked when they won the NXT Tag Team Championship at NXT Stand & Deliver on April 19, 2025, defeating the high-flying duo Fraxiom (Nathan Frazer and Axiom).
