Allyssa Lyn “Lacey” Lane is a 35-year-old American professional wrestler from Winter Park, Florida. Lane is currently signed with the WWE RAW brand and performs under the ring name, Kayden Carter.

Kayden Carter’s WWE Tryout
The following year, Lane had a tryout at the WWE Performance Center in February and was offered a contract. WWE rescinded the contract though after a physical examination revealed Lane had arthritis in her knee. As a result, she spent several months rehabbing her knee.
In November 2017, Lane began wrestling for The Crash Lucha Libre in Mexico. In January 2018, she defeated Keyra for the promotion’s Women’s Championship title. She held the title for 175 days before losing it to Tessa Blanchard in a triple threat match that also included Santana Garrett on July 14, 2018.
Kayden Carter’s WWE Contract
In July 2018, Lane signed with the WWE after passing a second physical. She competed in the 2018 Mae Young Classic and defeated Vanessa Kraven in the first round. She then defeated Taynara Conti in the second round but lost in the quarter finals to Meiko Satomura.
In September 2019, Lane’s ring name was changed to Kayden Carter and she made her NXT television debut in January 2020. At her debut, she defeated Chelsea Green. In a rematch in February, Kayden lost to Green.
