CHANNING STACKS LORENZO
Mitchell Lavalley is a 26-year-old professional wrestler from Lowell, Indiana. Lavalley is currently signed to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) on the NXT brand under the ring name Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo. He is one half of the WWE NXT Tag Team Championship alongside his partner, Tony D’Angelo.
Early Wrestling Career
Lavalley began wrestling on the independent circuit under the ring name, Jake Tucker. He made his first appearance on the December 2, 2019 episode of RAW under the name Mitchell Lyons. At his debut, he teamed with Mark Sterling and lost to The Viking Raiders (Erik and Ivar). He also made appearances on AEW Dark as Jake Tucker.
Lavalley’s NXT Debut
Lavalley signed with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) in March 2022. He made his debut on the April 8, 2022 episode of NXT Level Up, under the name Channing Lauren. He teamed with Troy Donovan in a loss to Andre Chase & Bodhi Hayward. Lavalley’s ring name was then changed to Channing Lorenzo. On the May 6th episode of NXT Level Up, Lorenzo teamed with Donovan and defeated Dante Chen and Javier Bernal.
At NXT’s Great American Bash on July 30th 2023, Lorenzo and Tony D’Angelo defeated Gallus (Mark Coffey and Wolfgang) to win the NXT Tag Team Championship. At Halloween Havoc Night 1, Stacks and Tony D’Angelo lost the titles to Andre Chase and Duke Hudson. Their NXT Tag Team Championship reign lasted 86 days. In a rematch on the November 14, 2023 edition of NXT, Lorenzo and D’Angelo defeated Andre Chase and Duke Hudson to become two-time NXT Tag Team Champions.
