WWE SUMMERSLAM 2025 PAY-PER-VIEW PREDICTIONS

WWE SUMMERLSAM 2025 MATCH CARD
Tiffany Stratton (c) vs. Jade Cargill. Singles match for the WWE Women’s Championship
This match lost a lot of its intrigue when Naomi cashed in on the other world title. Jade Cargill seems like the obvious pick here, despite many believing she’s not ready for the title yet. WWE has had Jade on their roster for nearly two years now, and it seems about time they let her sink or swim with the title. As for Tiffany, she will be just fine; she’s very popular and always has a great heel persona to lean back on if fans start to turn on her. The SmackDown main event scene needs something new, and maybe a Jade Cargill vs Bianca Belair feud is what it needs.
OUR PREDICTION: Jade Cargill
Randy Orton and Jelly Roll vs. Drew McIntyre and Logan Paul. Tag team match
A weird choice for a match because it ties down three main event players, Randy Orton, Drew McIntyre, and Logan Paul, to a match with Jelly Roll. Jelly Roll seems to have a genuine passion for the industry similar to Bad Bunny a few years back; however, Bad Bunny was working with guys like Damian Priest, The Miz, and John Morrison not Orton and McIntyre. Either way it’s almost inevitable Logan Paul is going to eat the pin, if Drew McIntyre gets pinned by Jelly Roll, it ruins all of his credibility.
OUR PREDICTION: Randy Orton and Jelly Roll
Gunther (c) vs. CM Punk. Singles match for the World Heavyweight Championship
Everyone thinks that CM Punk is finally going to win a World title at SummerSlam, and while it would be a great moment, we think that Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed are going to keep that from happening. Seth Rollins has stated that he will do anything to keep Punk from being world champ, sending Bron and Bronson out to attack just makes sense. Gunther also deserves a longer run so he can have matches with even more main event players in the future.
OUR PREDICTION: Gunther
The Judgment Day (Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez) (c) vs. Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss. Tag team match for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship
It’s almost inevitable that Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss are going to win this one. They’re two very popular superstars and this is probably the best storyline Charlotte has had in her career just based on the fact that fans aren’t booing her out of the building. Charlotte and Alexa could bring this dead women’s tag division back to life if they’re booked properly. Expect a title change here.
OUR PREDICTION: Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss
Roman Reigns and Jey Uso vs. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed (with Paul Heyman). Tag team match
This is probably the most predictable match on the card. For the sake of their booking and who’s going to be on television every week, Bron and Bronson should win this match, but there is no doubt in our minds that Jey Uso and Roman Reigns don’t go over. Roman Reigns is reported to film Street Fighter after SummerSlam so it doesn’t make too much sense for him to win, but losing to Roman also won’t hurt the credibility of Bron and Bronson.
OUR PREDICTION: Roman Reigns and Jey Uso
Sami Zayn vs. Karrion Kross (with Scarlett). Singles match
This one has a very weird stipulation. If Kross wins, Zayn has to say the words “Kross was right”. If Zayn wins, Kross must say “I was wrong” about Zayn. That doesn’t make any sense? But whatever, apparently winning a match can dictate if Karrion Kross was wrong or not. Either way, Sami Zayn is probably just going to win again. Karrion never wins anything, expect this to be done in ten minutes.
OUR PREDICTION: Sami Zayn
