ILJA DRAGUNOV WINS NXT CHAMPIONSHIP AT NO MERCY

At NXT’s No Mercy pay-per-view this weekend, Ilja Dragunov defeated Carmelo Hayes to become the new NXT Champion. Dragunov, who once held the NXT UK Championship, hit Carmelo Hayes with a  super H-Bomb from the top rope to pick up the victory this past Saturday. After the match, Dragunov helped Hayes to his feet and the two men embraced.

NXT’s Trick Williams had a huge win at No Mercy Saturday night when he defeated Dominik Mysterio to capture the NXT North American Championship. Williams’ win is his first championship of his career so far.
