WWE NXT WORLDS COLLIDE 2022 PREDICTIONS
The 2022 Worlds Collide is the upcoming third Worlds Collide professional wrestling livestreaming event produced by WWE. While the event will be held for wrestlers primarily from the promotion’s NXT and NXT UK brand divisions, Worlds Collide will also feature some wrestlers from WWE’s main roster brands, RAW and SmackDown. NXT Worlds Collide will take place on September 4, 2022.
NXT WORLDS COLLIDE 2022 MATCH CARD
Bron Breakker (NXT) vs. Tyler Bate (NXT UK). Singles match to unify the NXT Championship and NXT United Kingdom Championship
This past week on NXT, Tyler Bate and Bron Breakker were both given advice from older NXT Champions. The point was to see who had the guts to rise up and unify the NXT and NXT United Kingdom Championships. And, in the direction that NXT is going, there is only one right answer: Bron Breakker. WWE has been pushing him as the next big guy for a while now, and we think that this is finally the time that Tyler Bate leaves NXT and heads to the main roster. This should be a great match, but Tyler has almost no chance of winning.
OUR PREDICTION: BRON BREAKKER
Mandy Rose (NXT) vs. Meiko Satomura (NXT UK) vs. Blair Davenport. Triple threat match to unify the NXT Women’s Championship and NXT UK Women’s Championship
Blair Davenport is the only one who should be winning the titles tonight. Mandy has had an alright reign, and Meiko has had an amazing one. But tonight should be about the future of NXT; that future should be based around Blair Davenport. It’s also such an odd choice to have her in this match if the plan is for her to lose. So we believe that Blair Davenport is walking out the winner.
OUR PREDICTION: BLAIR DAVENPORT
Katana Chance and Kayden Carter (c) vs. Doudrop and Nikki A.S.H.. Tag team match for the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship
Nikki and Doudrop are not winning the titles, they seem more like filler challengers. Katana and Kayden also just won their belts, so it would be silly for them to drop them so soon. This will be a short match that will end with Nikki A.S.H. getting pinned on behalf of her team. NXT needs more women’s tag teams.
OUR PREDICTION: KATANA CHANCE AND KAYDEN CARTER
The Creed Brothers (Brutus Creed and Julius Creed) (NXT) vs. Brooks Jensen and Josh Briggs (NXT UK) vs. Gallus (Mark Coffey and Wolfgang) vs. Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince and Kit Wilson). Fatal four-way tag team elimination match to unify the NXT Tag Team Championship and NXT UK Tag Team Championship
This should be a really fun match, but what team is walking out with the titles? If we had to make a prediction, The Creed Brothers will win. They have been putting on great matches over those titles and have made them feel prestigious. The Diamond Mine stable is looking the best that they have looked ever and a huge part of that is because of The Creed Brothers.
OUR PREDICTION: THE CREED BROTHERS
Carmelo Hayes (c) vs. Ricochet. Singles match for the NXT North American Championship
Out of all the matches on the card, this is the one we are most excited about. Sadly, it’s so predictable as we don’t see Ricochet going back down to NXT especially when SmackDown needs more people on its roster. Carmelo Hayes is the greatest North American Champion of all time.
