WrestleMania Backlash is an upcoming professional wrestling pay-per-view and WWE Network event produced by WWE for its RAW and SmackDown brand divisions. It is scheduled to take place on May 16, 2021 and will be broadcast from the WWE ThunderDome, hosted at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida

WWE Backlash Strowman vs Lashley vs Drew McIntyre

WRESTLEMANIA BACKLASH MATCH CARD

Bobby Lashley (c) (with MVP) vs. Drew McIntyre vs. Braun Strowman. Triple threat match for the WWE Championship

Bobby Lashley is going to retain the title. He will most likely pin McIntyre so that way Strowman can be his next feud and they can have a one on one match at Money in the Bank next month. McIntyre is rumoured to feud with Jinder Mahal in the coming months as well. Bobby Lashley deserves a long run with the championship since once he loses it he will most likely never hold it again. Bobby Lashley is going to win the match.

OUR PREDICTION: Bobby Lashley wins

Bianca Belair (c) vs. Bayley. Singles match for the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship

Bianca Belair is going to win. This is going to be a filler rivalry until Sasha Banks gets her rematch most likely at Extreme Rules in July or SummerSlam in August. Bayley will lose and most likely get a rematch at Money in the Bank. Bianca Belair also deserves a long reign and it seems that backstage thinks highly of her.

OUR PREDICTION: Bianca Belair wins

Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Asuka vs. Charlotte Flair. Triple threat match for the WWE RAW Women’s Championship

Charlotte Flair is going to win because she was supposed to face Asuka and most likely win the belt at WrestleMania before she got COVID-19. It sucks for Rhea not getting a longer reign but hopefully she will win the title back around SummerSlam. Asuka will most likely be the one getting pinned in this match.

OUR PREDICTION: Charlotte Flair wins

The Dirty Dawgs (Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode) (c) vs. Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio. Tag team match for the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship

Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode have had a decent run with the championships but the Mysterios need to win and they both deserve it. It is also likely that they will win because backstage apparently wants The Usos to have the championships. We will have Rey and Dominik lose the championships to The Usos later down the line but right now they need Ziggler and Roode out of the title picture.

OUR PREDICTION: Rey & Dominic Mysterio win

Roman Reigns (c) (with Paul Heyman) vs. Cesaro. Singles match for the WWE Universal Championship

Roman Reigns is going to retain the title despite the fact that we all want Cesaro to win. If Cesaro does win the championship, hopefully he does do it at SummerSlam hopefully in front of a crowd. Roman Reigns just beat Daniel Bryan and Edge so Cesaro sadly does not have a chance.

OUR PREDICTION: Roman Reigns wins

Damian Priest vs. The Miz. Lumberjack match

Damian Priest is going to win. We can see Damian Priest being Lashley’s SummerSlam opponent so they need to keep building him up. Defeating The Miz is a good start. The Miz and John Morrison are going to break up as a team soon as well so its going to be interesting to see their rivalry.
