Sami Zayn Returns to WWE

Tonight’s Friday Night SmackDown saw the return of former Intercontinental Champion, Sami Zayn. After defeating Shinsuke Nakamura on tonight’s show, Jeff Hardy was walking up the ramp to exit when Zayn’s music began playing. Zayn confronted Hardy and kicked him in the face.

Sami Zayn had left WWE several months ago due to COVID-19 vacating his Intercontinental Championship. Zayn recently hinted on Twitter that he’d be returning soon to reclaim the title he never lost.
