Ashley Elizabeth Fliehr is a 34-year-old professional wrestler from Charlotte, North Carolina. She is the daughter of WWE Superstar Ric Flair and wrestles under the ring name, Charlotte Flair.

In May 2012, Fliehr signed a developmental contract with WWE and began training in Florida. She made her television debut in a singles competition on NXT where she defeated Bayley. In May 2014, she competed in an eight woman tournament for the vacant NXT Women’s Championship and was victorious. Her reign as NXT Women’s Champion lasted 258 days.

In August 2015 on an episode of RAW, Charlotte became the number one contender for Nikki Bella’s Diva Championship. Flair defeated Bella that September at the Night of Champions PPV event. Flair maintained the Diva’s Championship until Wrestlemania 32 when the WWE Women’s Championship replaced the Diva’s Championship and Charlotte became the title’s inaugural champion after defeating Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch.

Since then, Flair continues to have an impressive pro wrestling career having won the RAW Women’s Championship four times and the SmackDown Women’s Championship five times. She also won the 2020 Women’s Royal Rumble.

Charlotte Flair currently wrestles for WWE’s RAW brand.
