Noah Gregory Kekoa Haaheo Pang-Potjes is a 29-year-old professional wrestler from Orlando, Florida. He is signed with the WWE and performs on NXT under the ring name, Kona Reeves.

Pang-Potjes trained to be a wrestler at the Wild Samoan Pro Wrestling Training Center. He started his career in 2013 wrestling for World Extreme Wrestling under the ring name, Noah Kekoa. His debut match with WXW was on December 14 2013 against Lo Ryda who he defeated.

Noah Kekoa started a winning streak early in 2014 and then won his first wrestling championship, WXW Heavyweight Championship for the promotion, World Xtreme Wrestling.

Pang-Potjes’ WWE Contract & Debut

In May 2014. Pang-Potjes signed with the WWE and was assigned to the company’s developmental territory, NXT. He began wrestling at NXT live events beginning in April 2015. He made his television debut in September 2015 at the first Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournament teaming with Alexander Wolfe (he was a last minute replacement for Marcus Louis). They lost in the first round of the tournament to The Hype Bros.

Potjes had his first televised singles match on the May 4, 2016 episode of NXT, losing to No Way Jose. He was wrestling under his real name at the time and continued to make several televised appearances, losing to Tye Dillinger and Andrade “Cien” Almas.

Kona Reeves Ring Name

In November 2016, he adopted the new ring name, Kona Reeves. In late November, Reeves was attacked during a match with Rich Swann by members of SAnitY. He continued to wrestle on NXT television into early 2017 but lost matches to Aleister Black and Hideo Itami.

Reeves left NXT television for several months in late 2017 to 2018, but continued wrestling at NXT house shows. Reeves returned to NXT television as a heel and defeated Patrick Scott in April 2018. Reeves continued wrestling at NXT house shows and appeared on some NXT televised shows in 2019. Reeves’ most recent televised match was in February 2020 in a losing match against Keith Lee.

In the past year, Reeves has undergone a transformation. He has been proclaiming that he is the “Finest Superstar in NXT.” Now sporting gold chains and the luxurious, flowing locks of a movie star, Reeves is about as materialistic and conceited as any one person can be.
