Steve Cutler Released by WWE

Steve Cutler was released by WWE on Thursday February 4, 2021

WWE announced Thursday night that they have released professional wrestler, Thomas Maclin (a.k.a Steve Cutler).

Maclin signed with WWE in 2014 and spent several years in development as a singles wrestler. In 2017, he began teaming with Wesley Blake and together they formed The Forgotten Sons. The following year, Jaxson Ryker joined Cutler and Blake. In April 2020, The Forgotten Sons were drafted to the main roster and began performing on WWE’s SmackDown brand.

In June 2020, WWE removed The Forgotten Sons from television after Jaxson Ryker posted a controversial tweet in favour of former President Donald Trump. The stable was absent for the rest of 2020 but Cutler and Blake began working with King Corbin in December and were known as The Knights Of The Lone Wolf. Unfortunately, The Knights Of The Lone Wolf were only on television a couple of times.
